EIZLEY LANDSCAPES
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Warranty coverage applies only when full payment has been received.
SOFTSCAPE WARRANTY
Coverage Period:
• Trees & Shrubs – 90 Days or the end of the current fall season.
• Sod – 60 Days
• Seeded Areas – 30 Days (Irrigation System Required)
Warranty covers plant material that fails under normal conditions and proper care. Replacement covers plant material only. Labor for reinstallation may be charged.
IRRIGATION RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
If an irrigation system is present, the property owner is solely responsible for proper programming, monitoring, seasonal startup/shutdown, and maintenance.
Eizley Landscapes is not responsible for failure resulting from:
• Improper programming or coverage gaps
• System malfunction or broken components
• Failure to adjust watering for weather conditions
• Manual watering neglect where no irrigation exists
Failure to provide adequate watering will void warranty.
SOFTSCAPE EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not cover:
• Acts of nature (drought, flood, wind, hail, extreme temperatures)
• Pest, disease, or animal damage
• Pet damage or chemical exposure
• Lawn equipment damage
• Overwatering or underwatering
• Poor drainage or soil conditions beyond our control
• Plants moved or altered by others
• Wholesale, discounted, or sale plant material
• Annuals, bulbs, groundcovers, or transplanted materials
HARDSCAPE WARRANTY
Eizley Landscapes LLC warrants workmanship on walls, patios, and steppers for a period of One(1) year from date of installation.
This warranty covers installation defects under normal residential use.
HARDSCAPE EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not cover:
• Polymeric sand or joint materials
• Minor settling or freeze-thaw movement
• Foundation or utility trench settlement
• Drainage or gutter discharge issues
• Natural soil shifting
• Efflorescence, staining, or surface discoloration
• Chipping from impact or misuse
• De-icing salt damage
• Third-party or equipment damage
GENERAL CONDITIONS
• All warranties are void if full payment is not received.
• Warranty claims must be submitted promptly upon noticing an issue.
• Eizley Landscapes LLC reserves the right to inspect and determine cause prior to replacement.
• Warranty is non-transferable.
