Below is a clear outline of our warranty standards.

Craftsmanship Warranty

We provide a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty on hardscape installations, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and structural landscape features.

 

This warranty covers defects in installation workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural settling due to soil movement

• Freeze/thaw seasonal movement

• Efflorescence (white mineral deposits)

• Hairline cracking

• Joint sand movement

• Damage from snowplows, heavy vehicles, or misuse

• Salt or de-icing chemical damage

• Drainage issues not specifically engineered

 

Minnesota’s climate naturally causes seasonal movement. Minor shifts are not considered defects.

 

Plant & Sod Warranty

We offer a 30-Day Establishment Warranty on newly installed trees and shrubs.

 

Warranty coverage requires:

• Proper watering per our provided guidelines

• Functioning irrigation or documented hand-watering

• Normal weather conditions

 

Warranty does not cover:

• Drought or overwatering

• Animal damage

• Insect or disease damage

• Extreme weather events

• Customer neglect

• Transplanted or customer-supplied plants

• Perennials (unless otherwise specified)

 

Sod requires consistent watering during establishment. Improper watering voids warranty.

 

Drainage & Grading

While our installations are built to improve site conditions, we do not guarantee elimination of all standing water or drainage concerns unless specifically engineered and documented.

 

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Natural stone, pavers, and plant materials vary in color, texture, and size. These variations are expected and part of the beauty of natural landscaping materials.
